Clean, brand new, centrally located
Check-in was seamless and we had a great stay. The host is very responsive and helpful.
The finishings are brand new (especially the bathroom) and everything is quite comfortable. When we were there, cookwear and kitchen accessory items were on the minimalist side, but that makes sense since it's a newer place. That said, the appliances are all great and we had everything we needed.
The location is awesome; there's a great grocery store within walking distance and restaurants too. Walking up the steps for a dip in the spa/hot tub is a nice bonus.
We would definitely come back!

Late Christmas Celebration
Spartan in terms of kitchen stuff (pans, spatula, wine glasses, coffee filters. Bedroom closet needs a pole upon which guests can hang clothes. A dresser would also be a good thing
In general, accommodation was very acceptable and hosts were very friendly.
